Until you’ve tried baconkit you’ve never tasted bacon as nature intended it. You’ll be able to make basic cured bacon. Or add the included maple sugar and make maple bacon. You can cook it in the oven or smoke it in a smoker if you have one. Unlike commercial bacon your bacon won’t shrivel, shrink, or release water when you cook it.
