If you wake up late and don't have time to brew a pot of coffee, your co-workers probably won't know or care, but if you don't shower like a decent human being, they'll know. This solves the problem of late wake-ups or just the difficult ones in general. No, you don't eat it. It's absorbed through your skin. 200mg of caffeine per "shower" in this nifty 4.5 oz. bar. About 12 "showers" per bar. Smells like peppermint. Definitely a must-have item!
